You Can Make a Heartful Difference.

We are a registered charity in the state of Kerala, India promoting compassionate action through educational processes. We reach out to the poor, marginalised, powerless, and voiceless. Our partnership-based outreach programme is shaped by human dignity, human rights and nature rights.  We work with children, youth, women, informal and threatened traditional labour communities, and indigenous peoples. We also work closely with those who work with these communities. We offer counselling as well as social and psychological support to individuals and families. Many of these are done free of cost or supported by volunteers.

We aspire to build alternative communities through our outreach and educational programmes -- to strengthen as well as nurture democratic and dialogically inclusive learning communities promoting  sustainability,  peace, regeneration and compassion. Besides your support with funds, you can help us in many other kind and critical ways.

Eg. "Garden of Compassion", "Caring and Dialogical Democracy Initiative" (Learning and Livelihood Initiative for Local Youth Interested in Serving their Communities)

This is an effort to collectively build a community of ordinary, (unsung) 'heroes of the heart'. Celebrating the 'inspiring ways of the heart' -- cutting across communities, fields, and faiths -- and engaging in extraordinary acts of kindness. Over the years, we hope to establish an active community, the members of which will grow to act as models, mentors and guides for our younger people, students and teachers.
